  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day (e.g., Monday for weekend orders).

  • We work with trusted third-party shipping providers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders.
  • At checkout, you can choose from available shipping carriers based on your preferences. We provide real-time shipping rates to give you the best cost-benefit options.
  • Shipping times and costs may vary based on the carrier and delivery location selected at checkout.

Free Shipping

  • Regular Customers: Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).
  • Wholesale Customers: Free shipping is available for orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).

Delivery Locations

  • We currently do not offer in-store or curbside pickup options. All orders must be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.

Rural or Remote Areas

  • Shipping costs to rural or remote areas may be higher due to carrier surcharges. Any additional costs will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping currently.
